Our Founding Director and civil & mechanical engineer, he is a self-empowered entrepreneur who founded the company in 1993. Since then, he has been known for his excellence, leadership & risk-taking. He is credited to have brought several trenchless technologies for the first time in India since 1995 and has won multiple ‘Trenchless Excellence’ awards of Indian Society for Trenchless Technology.
Under his stewardship, the company has successfully executed several critical trenchless projects and has been known in the industry for successful completion of the works, regardless of the conditions, whatsoever.
An MBA graduate from State University of New York (SUNY at Buffalo) and BE (Mechanical) degree holder from Delhi College of Engineering, Sunir has been responsible for technology-driven projects in the company since the company’s very first Microtunneling project. His dynamic nature and strong networking skills have uplifted the company’s scope and vision to a whole new level. He is always keen to introduce new cutting-edge technologies while supervising and monitoring several on-going HDD, Microtunneling and Rehabilitation projects.
Having commerce background and experience of more than 20 years in finance & accounts, Arun Singh joined the company in 2001, and since then he has been spearheading these departments, bringing about transparency in these functions. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring company’s statutory obligations – both in centre and several states where we are operational, are up to date and strictly adhered to. He along with his team encompasses accounts, finance, commercials – including contract management & legal functions.
A Graduate in Arts with post qualification experience of more than 24 years in Personnel & Administration Department & Training & Management Development Department of Asia’s largest steel conglomerate i.e., Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Arun Kumar Kanth joined the company in 2007. He has since then played a key role in leading HR practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, talent acquisition, key employee retention, employee relations, employee benefits and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
